Discord ban appeals

SweepsGrail is a high-signal, money-adjacent community. Scams, spam and bad actors are common in this space, so these rules exist to keep the group safe and trustworthy. Read them, then send your appeal below.

    Community rules

    1. 1. Be respectful

Zero tolerance for bullying, name-calling, harassment or derogatory speech. Repeated drama, negativity or toxicity can result in removal as well.

    2. 2. No self-promotion

No referrals, affiliate links, GoFundMe's, social media plugs, websites or products. If it benefits you, don't post it. This includes your own documents or spreadsheets, asking for money, or trying to sell and trade gift cards.

    3. 3. Keep discussion to sites on SweepsGrail.com

If it's not on the Grail, don't bring it here. That includes "Is X site legit?" or "Has anyone heard of X casino?" We are constantly testing new casinos and updating our list. To suggest a new casino, DM Legend.

    4. 4. No automation, tools, scripts or multi-accounting

No discussion of bots, scripts, tools or anything of that nature. No questions or guidance on running multiple accounts on the same casino. Zero tolerance.

    5. 5. No tax advice or tax discussion

We aren't qualified to advise on your taxes. Speak with a professional.

    6. 6. No "get paid to" sites

No task farms, survey sites or anything similar. If you're not sure, don't bring it here.

    7. 7. No politics or social debates

These topics tend to be divisive and often get ugly. Leave that stuff at the door.

    8. 8. Do not bypass filters

DOG_BOT is here for a reason. Do not intentionally bypass word filters, there is very little forgiveness for this one.

    9. 9. Use common sense

If you're unsure, it's probably a no-go. Just because something isn't explicitly spelled out here doesn't mean it's ok. Be thoughtful and use your best judgement.

Footnote: we do not ban anyone for bad language. Swearing is allowed. Words that our bot filters are the exception, and deliberately working around those filters is treated as bad language and is handled under rule 8.
