Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and SweepsGrail ("SweepsGrail", "we", "us"). They apply every time you visit or use the site, create an account, submit content, or enter a giveaway. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. When you create an account you confirm that you have read and accepted the version of these terms shown at signup.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• One account per person. Creating additional accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's identity, email address, or phone number is not permitted.
• Account details you give us should be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email and phone secure.
• Verification steps such as email confirmation, SMS verification, or bot checks may be required before some features, XP awards, or giveaway entries become available.

Please do not:

• submit false, automated, duplicated, or paid ratings, or otherwise try to influence redeem speed data, tier rankings, XP totals, leaderboards, or giveaway odds;
• scrape, crawl, bulk copy, resell, or republish site data without written permission, or use the site to train commercial datasets or models;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site, its APIs, its security controls, or other users' accounts;
• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use VPNs, proxies, disposable emails, VoIP numbers, or similar tools to bypass limits, bans, or regional restrictions.

Ratings, tier votes, comments, freebie reports, and other submissions must reflect your own genuine experience. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, aggregate, adapt for formatting, and promote that content on the site and in related channels. You confirm you have the right to post it. We may edit, hide, or remove content, and we may aggregate submissions into statistics that remain on the site after your account is closed.

XP, badges, referral credits, and leaderboard positions are promotional features with no cash value outside of published giveaways and reward programs. We may adjust XP values, correct balances, reset leaderboards, or change program mechanics as the site develops. XP obtained through abuse, automation, or multi-accounting may be removed.

• Giveaways and referral rewards are run by SweepsGrail. They are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any casino or operator.
• Entry requires an account in good standing and any qualification steps published for that promotion, such as verified contact details or a minimum XP threshold.
• We may verify winners before paying out, and we may disqualify entries linked to abuse, fake referrals, or multiple accounts.
• Prizes are paid in crypto, currently BTC, USDT on ERC20, and USDC on ERC20, with additional payment options planned. Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to them.
• Where local law prohibits or restricts a promotion, it is void in that jurisdiction.

The referral program rewards players for introducing new, genuine players to SweepsGrail. The following terms apply to every referral reward, milestone bonus, and referral leaderboard prize:

• Subject to change: the referral program, including reward amounts, milestone thresholds, qualification rules, leaderboard prizes, and payout methods, may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Changes apply going forward and do not create any entitlement to past or future rewards under previous terms.
• Discretionary qualification: we reserve the right to disqualify any participant, referral, entry, or reward at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud, self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, automated signups, spam, incentivized traffic, abuse of verification systems, or conduct we consider harmful to the community. Our decisions on qualification and disqualification are final.
• Verification before payout: referral rewards are reviewed and verified before payment. We may require identity, email, phone, or activity verification, and we may withhold, reduce, reverse, or forfeit any reward that cannot be verified or that is linked to activity that breaches these terms.
• Payout schedule: rewards are verified and paid on our schedule. While verified rewards are normally paid within 48 hours, no specific payout time is guaranteed, and delays for verification, fraud review, holidays, or operational reasons do not create liability on our part.
• No cash value until paid: referral counts, pending rewards, leaderboard positions, and XP are promotional records only. They are not property, are not transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged, and have no cash or cash-equivalent value until a reward is actually paid to you by us.
• Genuine referrals only: a referral only counts when a real, independent person signs up with your code or link, completes any published verification steps, and remains in good standing. Referrals that are later banned, deleted, or found to be fake may be removed from your totals, including after a reward has been calculated.
• Forfeiture on suspension: if your account is suspended or closed for breaching these terms, all pending and unpaid referral rewards and giveaway entries are forfeited.
• Taxes and reporting: you are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal obligations that apply to rewards you receive. We may request information reasonably needed for tax or compliance purposes before paying certain rewards.
• No employment or partnership: participating in the referral program does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or representative of SweepsGrail, and you may not present yourself as one or make promises on our behalf.
• Errors: we may correct errors in referral counts, reward calculations, or payouts at any time, including reversing rewards paid in error.

Some outbound links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up or play. This never changes how community ratings are calculated. Casino offers, bonuses, redemption policies, and terms are set by those operators, and any dispute about a redemption or promotion is between you and the operator.

Redeem speeds, minimum redemption amounts, freebie links, and tier rankings are community reported and can change or expire without notice. The site is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax, or gambling advice, and gambling carries risk. Please play within your means.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweepsGrail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost winnings, or losses arising from a casino's decisions, delays, or closures. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The SweepsGrail name, logo, site design, and compiled datasets belong to us or our licensors. Casino names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

We may limit, suspend, or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or creates legal or security risk, and we will aim to explain why where it is appropriate to do so. You can close your account at any time from Settings.

We may update these terms as the site changes. Material updates will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after an update means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location of the site operator, and disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

• Program name: SweepsGrail Alerts. We send two kinds of text messages: account messages such as one time login and verification codes, and, only if you opt in separately, marketing messages about freebies, giveaways, and community updates.
• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number at signup or in Settings you agree to receive account verification codes. Marketing texts require you to tick the separate marketing box at signup or turn the option on in Settings. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of using the site or entering a giveaway.
• Message frequency: account messages are sent when you request them. Marketing message frequency varies, and is typically no more than a few messages per week.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all marketing texts, or turn the option off in Settings. You may receive one confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or use the contact form on this site.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability is limited to US and Canada mobile numbers, and some carriers or number types such as VoIP may not be supported.
• Privacy: your mobile number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your number, and we never share mobile information with third parties for their own marketing.
